I have had nothing but an excellent service from PayPlan after getting into a bit of financial difficulty. I now pay PayPlan who deal with all my creditors! If I need any help or advice always happy to help. Would highly recommend this company... Never be to embarrassed to ask for help. PayPlan have various ways to help your personal needs. Peace of mind

Struggling to stay afloat I did not know what to do even though I had tried budgeting daily. Then I contacted Pay Plan and my worries melted away. Ever since we agreed to accept pay plan as our debt management we have been updated on a regular basis and always found them to be friendly, helpful and always having our best interest in their dealings with us. A Brighter Future

I was a little wary of contacting PayPlan at first as it would mean confronting and acknowledging our current financial situation which was already causing anxiety and sleepless nights. During and after my first call to PayPlan, I felt much more optimistic about the management of our debts and a way forward, not only for the immediate resolution but also to monitor and manage future spending. My main concern was making contact with creditors as I expected some confrontation and would have to repeatedly explain my health issues preventing me to return to my job right now. PayPlan really have put my mind in a better place and have offered excellent advice, guidance and support through telephone calls, emails and providing documents to refer to. I very much look forward to maintaining a close relationship throughout this process and afterwards. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

The people at PayPlan have simply been the best.from my initial consultation through to the acceptance of my IVA they have been with me every step of the way keeping me informed and stress free.
