Help when needed

What a great company they are, I was devastated when I lost my Wife, my circumstances completely changed financially, I contacted this company and within weeks they had sorted everything out for me, they are always there for me if I need them. After falling behind with bills and payments some years ago we were recommended to approach Payplan for help. That phone call changed our lives, after months of severe stress and sleepless nights someone was on our side and willing to help. There was no judgement or censure just advice and support. We were able to make a realistic payment monthly by direct debit, without fear of threatening letters or calls at the door. After months of trying to stay afloat I started to sink. Then buried my head in the sand felt as if this was it and everything suffered.
