In my hour of need

PayPlan came into my life a few years ago they have supported myself through my darkest times. I am in a good place now I have been able to pay my debts back using there advice and debt plans, knowing that if needed I can approach them to seek further advice. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Turned my life around

From facing stress and money troubles due to ill health. Payplan drew my creditors into a group, helped organise a plan to repay my debts that was manageable. Their annual review process has enabled me to rebuild my finances agreeing a monthly repayment schedule with my creditors that is affordable for me. This has helped me focus on improving the health of myself and my family, stopping our situation spiralling out of control. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Helped me twice. Would recommend

I have used payplan twice due to my own issues managing my finances. The first time I did a debt management programme and the second an IVA was a better option. I have also recommended the services to family members and friends who have also setup different plans. The staff have always been professional and advised me of my best suited options. Fabulous Help & Support when you need it most

They are Always happy to help with any problem, they sort out the hard stuff for you, just one payment each month and the rest is taken care of, you can choose a payment plan to suit you over time at an affordable cost, cannot fault this brilliant company, YOU are their main concern and I have always felt like this, they have helped me so much, I am forever grateful. Peace of Mind

My debt had pilled up especially with the pandemic unable to make payments with only furlough and my husband's basic wage to support our family. Payplan was recommended by my bank. Such a godsend to be able to consolidate everything and make easy affordable payments each month. The customer service is brilliant to put your mind at rest as they do everything practically for you, as in talking to your creditors, setting up payment plans and if your situation changes they are very understanding and try their best to accommodate what works for you.
