Reassuring, Honest & Efficient

When you go through financial hardship, it can be really difficult to talk about. PayPlan made me feel really relieved, and reassured, but also did not give me false hope. They were very accurate and honest about my options, and were very clear on the steps I needed to take. Highly recommend them to anyone who feels lost in a sea of debt like I did. Totally professional, and supportive.

Whilst I was experiencing serious financial difficulty, I approached Payplan. They offered me advice, and potential solutions. When we, jointly, decided on a payment route, they asked for all the information that they required. Once submitted, Payplan took charge of all the negotiations, and finalised a Payment Plan. For 5 years, I have submitted my income reports, and have been able to adjust my payments into the plan, whether up or down. I have now completed my IVA, and, hopefully, be able to take control of my life. Thank you Payplan. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2021
