Massively helped my financial status

"MY LIFE CHANGER"

I was retired, in deep debt and living on state pension. I had no way of paying even the interest on my debt until a lady from a money advice company put me in touch with ........ "PAYPLAN".. Within a few short weeks the kind and very understanding staff had solved my problems and dealt with all my worries. I am 82 years old and can now enjoy the years that maybe left. The rescuer who never left my side

Crippling debt overwhelms your life. Drowning is a poignant metaphor. With each new payment forced to different creditors, it's like another heavy chain is attached to you, and keeping your head above water becomes even harder. To make it worse, drowning in debt is seen as something shameful. Like it was your fault you went swimming in the first place. No-one talks about how strong the currents, and how quickly you find yourself from shore. I was drowning, and yet I found it hard to speak up for help. Friends and family did what they could, but no-one cut those chains around me or pull me from the water. Then I discovered PayPlan. It was like a rescue boat appearing. And many hands reached out to keep me afloat, whilst they cut away the chains. They made me feel no shame for being in the water, asked no questions as to why there were so many chains binding me, made no suggestion I should have found my own way out. They were nothing but deeply supportive. Human beings reaching out their hands with a genuine and personal desire to help me, not an automated service, a company script, or a creditor with profit in their eyes. After many long years in that water, I finally feel like I can swim again. PayPlan have stayed by my side. They have helped me cut the chains and get my head above the water. With their exemplary customer service, simple and effective app, warm and clear communication, I now find myself able to swim myself towards the shore: at my own pace, and in my own time. For the first time in many years, I feel like I can see the shoreline. I feel empowered to swim back there myself I can see the end of my debt. Always there when you need them, and always helpful

I got into debt and was always worried about letters coming , and knocks on the door, then i heard about PayPlan and contacted them , and then i could sleep at night again, and get on with life. Best finance solution

Couple of years ago I was struggling with my debts and decided to get some help. By looking around found Payplan and I think they are the best people I have ever met. Life begins again

CAB put us in touch with Payplan and since that day our lives have returned Payplan take all of the confusion of debt, the constant worry of debt And as the name suggests turn it into a workable PLAN but they don’t just leave it there they keep in regular contact making sure everything is still working , adjusting things when it is not When you think you are alone and finished Payplan come along and stay by your side giving you that chance to have a chance , Amazing people Thank you Reviewed on: 22nd August 2021

Amazing help provided!

We were recommended by MBNA when we got into difficulty. This,was all in February 2020 just before Covid hit....so pleased we had started the wheels in motion. ....It was very stressful for us and we struggled dealing with our situation, but Payplan were superb in their handling of our problems...thankyou!
