Payplan have been incredibly helpful, providing one to one in person advice, always responded promptly and clearly to any communication and managed to work out a great solution for me, where I am managing to pay off my debt They also have a professional web interface that allows you to draft budgets, so everything is in one place. I contacted payplan after loosing my job and being in £8k worth of debt and they were very helpful and polite and gave me really good advice and explained every option available to me and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. They keep in touch with me through their messaging service or phone which is really nice but the thing I like the most is the flexibility of the debt management plan they recommended to me which is working great.
