I was in a dark and gloomy pit of financial debt which impacted my health severely. Once I took the first step with PayPlan they made it all so simple for me to follow our plan of action agreed and now I don't give it a second thought knowing we are on track to clear my debts. Without Payplan, there is no way I could have been on my way to a debt free life. Their free, impartial advice and subsequent help has enabled me to see an end to my debt struggle. Payplan, took away the stress and worry about my debt, great from day 1

They have been great from day one. I spoke to them about my debt and how it was getting on top of me. I was looking at ways to help reduce my debt. I told them what I owed and my outgoings and they set on setting me up with a debt management plan. They went through all the pros and cons about the plan and how long it will last to clear my debts. I set one up for a few months, but I was still getting letters from the companies I owed money to. I still had the stress and worry and thinking I might have people knocking on my door asking for the debt to be repaid. I didn't want this and it would have took me over 10 years to clear all my debt. I didn't want this. So I looked into getting into an IVA. It's not ideal and it would damage my credit score more than a debt management plan would. But I thought my credit file is already no good at this point, and the thought of an IVA lasting only 5 years and then the rest of me debt being written off was the right path to go down. Plus I wouldn't get any more hassle of the people I owed money to. They swapped over my account from a debt management plan to a IVA without any hassle. They went over everything in full detail over the phone and I couldn't of been more happier to set one up. I am stress free now and don't worry about my debt anymore. All thanks to payplan. I recently told them that I was being furloughed quite a lot over the last month due to covid and part shortages at my workplace and that my pay wasn't as good as it should have been. I also told them that my car needed some repairs doing and 4 new tyres on. I asked them if I could take a payment break for a few months and just pay the minimum amount I could afford to pay untill my wages were back to normal. They said no problem and that they would just add the difference at the end of the plan. It has been a great help. I would highly recommend them to a any of my family or friends. I can enjoy life again and knowing that in a few years time I will be debt free and I can start from scratch again to build my credit report back up. Thank you payplan. Payplan was recommended to us from a friend who had got himself into a predicament financially We were wary but after doing our homework had the confidence and humility to approach PayPlan It was the best decision, we have not looked back and have gone from strength to strength. Not only have PayPlan helped us to see how important it is to deal with debt but also that whilst it can be a difficult subject to face there is help if one is willing to admit they need it. Not once have they made us feel irresponsible or silly they have always had the time and patience to explain and to keep us informed of any information that we have needed, answering our many questions along the way. Being approachable and friendly though we have never met any of them personally their friendliness and understanding in the way they speak to us puts us at ease as well as the fact they ask security questions to make sure you are the right person as not all our associates know our business.Tempered with the fact that our situation was serious yet not hopeless but we can help ourselves by sticking to the rules which have in our case proved to be more than beneficial. We know we are the lucky ones and there is light at the end of our tunnel. We will be debt free in the not too distant future. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (we have) We are grateful to PayPlan for fighting our corner and helping us win and get on top of our financial situation learning a valuable lesson along the way. Easy and helpful

I work for a financial institution and after a number of deaths in the family was suffering from depression. To make myself feel better I started buying lots of thank you presents to the people who had helped me and ended up with a large credit card bill. PayPlan looked at my finances which was adding to my depression and help me setup a plan so and now I've gone back to work and am feeling like i can still have a life as my debt in being paid off. the staff are so helpful and the paperwork is straightforward so i know what i'm doing and the debt is no longer taking over my life.
