When I first phoned them I thought there would be a wait but they phoned me back almost immediately and went through the income and expenditure form with me for as long as it took and advised me throughout. What is there not to like.? Easy access to their website, phone calls answered immediately and problem dealt with and emails answered immediately. They have an answer for everything that would concern you. It is all there on the website or you can ask. They make you feel confident that you are in able hands and they will look after you and for once you can sleep nights and you do not have to fight this alone. Bless them. Life savers

In April 2019 we had a few life changing situations that all happened in that 1 month that led myself to make many terrible decisions with money. By October I was in turmoil and didn’t know where to turn! I then found Payplan on the internet, and spoke to a lovely lady that was so kind, non judgmental and extremely understanding. I was so ashamed and embarrassed and she was able to relate as well as reassure me that it’s ok, you have made the right decision to call us and we can and will help you. I know I’m on a long journey at the moment but feel much happier and safer that Payplan is there to help me.
