Went above and beyond to help me at my worst. Financial burdens ended up impacting ever aspect of my life. They talked me through the best courses of action, supporting me along my debt solution path and still offer advice and solve problems when them unexpected things still happen from time to time. I contacted Payplan to discuss an IVA after getting into some financial difficulty. From day one they have been supportive of my circumstances and helped me keep on top of my finances. They have been extremely flexible over the last year especially with lockdowns affecting my business (self employed), and at no point have I felt any negatively from the advisors. They have an app which means getting in touch and keeping up to date with payments etc. is very simple too. A great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Pay plan helped me

Pay plan helped me at a time when I felt I had hit rock bottom, and was feeling very anxious. After going through my finances and talking to a member of their team, I felt reassured and more in control and can now see a future where I am able to manage my finances and take stock of what is important. Thank you Payplan for all your support. My mental health is back on track and whilst I have a plan in place, I can plan again for a better financial future for myself, and my family.
