Payplan helped me get my life back!

Payplan were amazing at helping me sort my finances into one affordable monthly payment!I was struggling day in day out with my finances and I couldn't see a way out .They were very understanding and came up with a solution for me which I am truly grateful as I am now enjoying life again! Best Phone Call I Made

After a year of worrying and sleepless nights, I finally called Payplan on the recommendation of Nat West. Although it was one of the hardest calls to make, and although the next few months were difficult, finally one year on my debts are going in the right direction.if I have any issues the team from Payplan are there or I can message them on the App. I had worked all my life and then found my hours dropping, overtime dropping , made redundant then lost 2 jobs through no fault of my own in 2020 and had never been in such a financial mess. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul, and eventually I was swamped. I did what most people do and ignored it to start with, then after braving the Nat West team( who were good) I bit the bullet, and rang straight away. I can’t thank them enough, for giving me the reassurance that it would get better, and the relationship I have with my advisors there is fantastic. Even if you think it’s a silly question, ask them, if you feel embarrassed, don’t be, they guided me through every letter, who to contact etc. I can now enjoy the odd treat, face the world and know that there are many more like me, you are never alone with Payplan.
