It felt like the walls were closing in and I had no way out, then I found PayPlan on line. They were (are) helpful and told me it'll be ok. I was in the unfortunate position to need help with debt after COVID related issues and was pleasantly surprised with the help offered by PayPlan, their staff went through my options with me clearly and at my own pace and helped me when I chose the route I wanted to take. I can't believe I didn't use them sooner

I can't believe I didn't go to PayPlan sooner. I'd tried so hard to sort things out myself but just couldn't. Payplan negotiated with my creditors and I'm now paying no interest and the end is finally in sight. They did not judge me at all which was what I was scared of. It was so professional and a really straightforward service. They helped me with a budget to meet my needs and maximised the amount I could keep to look after myself. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
