I was extremely daunted about the process of having to seek debt advice but the whole process made me feel at ease from start to finish. I got my life back

PayPlan have changed my life. A lot of things happened that were mostly out of my control and in the end I did not know what to do. Payplan helped me to set up a budget, agree a plan with my creditors that was afffordable and took away a lot of the stress that came with being in debt. From start to finish I was treated as a person and not just a number, the process was easy and my agent put my mind at ease, I was anxious about having to speak to my creditors but it was all done for me and now I can pay more manageable amounts back without worrying... After putting debit off I called payplan, it couldn't of been easier, I have felt supported all the way. The time they take to help and understand how you must be feeling. Working with you to find a solution, whilst understanding my embarrassment, not once have I been made to feel bad about my situation. I can now see a end to my debit. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
