Miles more than just debt solution

I know it sounds cliché when people say it but PayPlan have literally changed my life. Their support has given me peace of mind when it comes to my debt and allowed me to actually get on with my life. I was so nervous going into my debt management plan but PayPlan supported me and fully explained every step of the way. Their unfaltering customer service has meant that any questions, concerns or extra support is only a message or phonecall away. Taking into consideration my budget, my monthly payments have always been fair and manageable. Every step of the way, communication and keeping me in the loop has been a priority and PayPlan have even had mental health check-ins. Given me my life back

I used a company to help me pay back my debts, unfortunately they folded. The financial authority recommended PayPlan. Angry, I had to change companies having paid so much already (the money I paid never made it to my creditors) I was delighted with how payplan helped me and turned a bad situation into a positive one. They understood my predicament and helped me once again budget and be in a position to pay affordable repayments. I’m just about to pay my last instalment and along the way they have kept in regular contact and make sure I was ok. Thank you PayPlan for giving me my life back. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
