Great staff

Well I very stupid and run debt for me and friends it was ok I was working then bang work stopped over night I buried my head for months .then came the constant phone calls threating letters ,knocks at the door, i could see no end to it .I thought of ending it all as I couldn't see a way forward the debts were increasing I was finished. Then after putting it off for weeks I made the call to payplan. I was on the phone for must have been an hour,going through my problems .must have drove her mad .but YOU changed my life around that afternoon and with the help of Karen iam still here .it's not a easy route but it's a way out ,everything stopped that day I could sleep and start to live A MASSIVE thanks to Karen and her team Many many thanks Keith Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Since day one my experience with PayPlan has been great. The process is so straightforward and every interaction I have had with them has been easy. I would have to say what has made everything so much easier is that I have never felt judged and have never faced any kind of interrogation, I've just been able to pay my monthly amount and live my life.
