Payplan have been very helpful and understanding through some of my darkest moments with my debt . If I have a problem I just message my case officer and I am always replied to within 24hrs . I can’t fault them I. any way Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

A real solution to debt

The advice, support and guidance offered by Payplan to me has been nothing short of life changing. They dealt with a very complex issue regarding debt and partial home ownership for me, allowing a solution where there seemed to be none. They are as unobtrusive as possible and have really taken a huge amount of stress and worry away by facilitating an IVA for me. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

My life unexpectedly changed due to redundancy and all of the sudden I found myself in financial troubles feeling totally ashamed .I did not wanted to talk about it or could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. My situation was getting worse every day and I did not know what to do .My bank recommended to speak to Pay Plan and to my surprise there was somebody on the other line who was listening and what more important not jugging me for my situation . I spoke to the kindest people on the team , making me feel like I will be ok ...I am on my way to be fine ... long way but at least I don't get any more threating letters .I have team who is on my site and i can call them at any time with anything .At this stage with pandemic behind us or almost behind us our health is the most important thing that we should worry about .. I am very grateful for the team to look after me an di am pretty sure that I am not the only one. It feels great to finally get a good night's sleep!

After being left with large debts after a relationship breakdown I was told about Payplan. They arranged an affordable payment and dealt with all my creditors on my behalf. As soon as you mention Payplan to a creditor they know you are serious about dealing with your debt, and the whole nightmare you are living is suddenly gone, replaced by a future you can now look forward to. Friendly, compassionate and reassuring. Life changing!

Payplan has changed my life, when I first found them I was at my lowest physucally and mentally and i did not know where to turn. The advisors I spoke to were non judgemental and treated me with the utmost compassion while reassuring me there was light at the end of the tunnel. They gave me so much advice and helped me choose a solution that was beat for me whilst helping to liase with creditors to stop the constant phone calls and letters that I was receiving daily. It has helped me to see a brighter future and I finally have a decent quality of life which not so long ago seemed like an impossible dream.
