When my role was terminated I had no plan and a lot of debt. I did my best to pay what I could but without an income I struggled. I had so much anxiety around companies contacting me and intense feelings of failure. When I reached out to PayPlan I was so afraid of bailiffs (though in retrospect I don’t think it ever got to that stage) that I would compulsively lock the front door whenever I came in and out, despite living in a safe place. I’ll still do that today unconsciously if I’m worried about something. PayPlan took away that fear, never made me feel ashamed of my situation, and I founded my business which provided for 3 other people last year during the pandemic. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Shining light

I used to be in a DMP with Wellbeing Service’s who discontinued our account but gave us some contacts one of being Pay Plan. At first I was very apprehensive, but once I spoke to them I was quickly put at ease and they came up with a plan that was both sustainable and affordable. I currently have 6 months left on my term and I will be debt free , something I thought wasn’t possible a few years ago. Well done Pay Plan you are a shining light in a dark place.
