Fantastic

They turned my life around

Two years ago, I was struggling to pay credit cards, overdrafts and loans. I was constantly in my overdraft, and only paying the minimum amount on my credit card every month, I found Denplan through Halifax, I was scared to call, but it was the best call I ever made. The adviser was so kind, he went through my finances step by step, I wasnt shocked at the amount I owed and it certainly wasnt the first time I had been here. My divorce settlement helped to pay the last time. I have never told anyone about my money problems, but I was so determined to turn things round, and with the help of my case worker I am starting to see the benefit. I am slowly beginning to increase my repayments, and my credit score is improving, I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thankyou Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Life changing

When my debts became completely unmanageable and I really struggled to see a light at the end of the tunnel, PayPlan really turned things around for me. Their service is excellent, and they really help you to look at all the options for managing your debt, taking into consideration all your incoming/outgoing finances, to make your plan work for you. I’m in such a positive place now, and having a DMP with PayPlan has really encouraged me to be more responsible with my money. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Excellent service

Was really down with money worries within a few minutes whilst speaking to a agent my major concerns with my situation weir addressed and understood. . I felt like was being listened too and mostly respected . I was on a high immediately and started to feel totally relaxed . Able to breathe again

Payplan couldn't of been more helpful. Made me feel I was able to breathe again. It was all too easy to get into a deep dark hole of debt, Payplan helped me back out and able to live again.
