Always an excellent service provided

It was a daunting thought facing up to the debt I was in and I had no idea what my options were to help clear the debt. From the very first phone call everybody was helpful, informative and understanding which was particularly good as I had expected to be judged regarding the debt is gotten into. I’m nearly 2 years into an IVA and still now whenever I make contact whether it’s to my case worker or somebody else, I always receive a swift response that’s both helpful and understanding. Just cannot fault them

I found myself in a lot of debt due to payday loans. I used google to search for help and had a debt management company contact me stating they could help. They wanted me to pay for their help and wanted to take advantage of my situation. I continued to search and came across Payplan, a free charity who offered help. If it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t be here today! They genuinely helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m still in debt now but on a debt management plan and I’m on top of my debt because of Payplan. If I ever have any issues with payments, they are more than willing to help and are very understanding. If I ever win the lottery, I will be donating to them so they can continue their work! Support I could not do without

It was really scary entering a dmp for the first time I felt quite ashamed that things had got so unmanageable. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, understanding and very knowledgable. The process was clear and all of the stress taken away from myself as the team at pay plan did everything for me. I have still had difficulties during the pandemic and am still not quite back on track but have been supported 100% throughout Hoping to be able to get my dmp paid off as early as possible but feel supported and know I can get in touch and get a quick clear response to anything relating to my finances. Easy to use

Helped me with everything top company

I went into det with gambling and I wish I never because it caused all-sorts of problems for me and my family but I came out fighting and now I've been clean for many years and I did it all myself no rehab needed I just thought of everything I could lose and I battled on and if is wasn't for payplan as well I would be in a large hole but I'm not now I've been on this for a while now and I've only got 39 more payment s before I'm free det and I thank pay plan for that I've kept up with payments and they don't bother me at all top company come on guys and gals if you want your life sorting payplan is it thankyou Payplan Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
