Easy to set up and an excellent service

I had been with another debt management company before who charged £20 a month and because I knew the process was long winded I.e. answering all the questions over the phone etc, it put me off looking for another provider. However with PayPlan it was so easy! We did it all by chat and WhatsApp and I could do it whilst spending quality time with my family. It's now been several years and the app keeps me updated with everything I need (including the breakdown and details of where my payments go) Overall I've been extremely impressed and even referred a few friends who have had similar issues. Help me get out of trouble

Payplan were there for me when I was in serious financial crisis. They helped with advice and explained all options available in an easy to understand way. Since then I have got my payments to an easy to manage amount and my overall finances under control. They were with me every step of the way and even helped me reduce my monthly payments even further at the end of my first year.
