Without Payplan, I really do not know what would have happened to me.

The most friendly, helpful and understanding people you could ever wish to deal with. There is no judgment just friendly and more importantly helpful advice. I really don't know what would have happened to me without their help. I would recommend them to anybody with debt problems. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

To be honest it's the most serious company. When there was a pandemic, I lost my job and didn't pay anything for a few months. There are always a lot of worries for customers, and they always make sure you can pay. When I started the process, I V A everything WENT VERY WELL AND FAST. I recommend it with all my heart. Help when I needed it most

I approached Payplan when my financial situation became unmanageable. I owed over 80k in credit card debt and was drowning in interest charges. The staff at Payplan were amazing and dealt with me with real compassion and care, I cried a lot as I felt desperate and ashamed, they never made me feel uncomfortable in fact they reassured me that I had taken the first very difficult step. I am now 16months further on and managing to keep up with my payments to repay all my debts in full. I have no credit or overdraft and it is tough but with Payplan ongoing support I feel I can breath again. I am so grateful to Payplan they were there for me and still are. They saved me!

Simply amazing people!

Was running out of options at one point in the past, had quite a bit of debt but since I decided to go ahead with my IVA I have not looked back these guys have helped me so much and I'm a lot less stressed and anxious as I was before I entered my IVA. I can lead a normal life again without any worries. I'd recommend anyone struggling financially to get in touch with Payplan you won't regret it. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Reassuring and supportive

I was in constant denial with regard to my financial situation. After years of avoiding the situation I decided to contact PayPlan. Instantly I was reassured and no judgement was passed as to why I was in the situation I was. I was kept fully in the loop and once my IVA was approved the relief was unbelievable. I have been in my IVA for three years now and PayPlan have been outstanding. They are understanding and keep in regular contact to keep me involved of the progress.
