Helped me come out of financial crisis

I approached payplan after my friend recommended me. I was in huge debt and was not having a job for quite some time. I was in very deep financial problems. I heard about universal credit and applied for financial support and contacted payplan in order to deal with my debt and pay back properly. The people from payplan supported me very well. They patently listened to my situation and took into account all the debts. They contacted all my lenders and came up with a plan to repay them which was acceptable to all parties. I was very much stressed with my situation as it was a very difficult phase. Payplan took care of communication with my lenders, paper work, discussions and a payment plan. This relieved me very much and I could concentrate on my job search and got into a better position. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

A godsend

PayPlan are so helpful. I have always been able to get questions answered easily and the staff are so friendly. In a time where being concerned about rising debt caused me so much stress, it was amazing to be able to speak to someone who understood and was able to help me work out the best solution. Professional, clear and understanding

Absolutely brilliant

We found ourselves in a financial hole when our business failed slowly over a number of years and PayPlan were recommended to us by our mortgage broker. The process was so easy and they were so lovely and helpful that it felt like the weight of the world had been lifted. What had been probably the worst situation of our lives was now able to be managed. They have continued to provide the amazing support whenever needed and there is always a solution. I would and have recommended them to a number of colleagues and friends who have found themselves in a bad way financially particularly with the lack of support in my industry during the Covid pandemic. Absolutely excellent service in every way

After amassing over £21,000 in debt following a temporary job loss I thought I was left with no chance of a solution and didn't know where to turn until my bank recommended I contact PayPlan for help. I was nervous about contacting them at first but I bit the bullet and boy I'm glad that I did. PayPlan helped me every step of the way with the most friendly and reassuring staff I could have ever wished for. They helped get interest from creditors frozen and setup an affordable payment plan of £200/mo (down from almost £2000/mo the creditors were asking for) they also helped actually reduce the amount owed by having creditors write off some of the extortionate interest rates they shouldn't have been charging in the first place. Now I'm well on the way to being debt free again and it's all thanks to PayPlan, I don't think I could have done it without them. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Really helpful and supportive

I went to Payplan when I needed help to reduce my monthly outgoings due to being on maternity leave. They were really helpful and set things up straight away. I thought you could only use these types of people if you were behind on bills and payments which I wasn’t but payplan helped me instantly and gave me one last thing to worry about with a newborn.
