Peace of mind

Life savers

Just over 2 years ago my wife and I was struggling to pay credit cards and bills. With our 3 young children, we could feel the pressure building of not being to afford monthly repayments to our creditors. With each month come uncertainty for us both and our family. We had heard of this company called “Pay plan” from a close friend but was scared to approach them, as we felt embarrassed that we got into such a bad financial situation. After swallowing our pride my wife arranged a telephone call one afternoon. Obviously, telling anyone your financial situation can be very daunting but the lady who took the call was completely non-judgemental. She took us step by step of what the process is and the pros and cons to a DMP. After nearly 3 years the DMP our life has changed so much and my wife and I can plan month by month our financial situation with complete trust that “pay plan” are taking care of all our other financial strains. So friendly and helpful, they change lives

My story is probably like many others, life changed, was in far to deep. Payplan were so understanding and really set all my nerves at ease. They balance the needs of the client and the creditor perfectly, making sure both have their objectives met. I just wish more people would seek advice from Payplan, even if they end up doing something else because their guidance is very helpful for anyone struggling. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Life changing!

I was so apprehensive when I first spoke to payplan about the financial crisis I was in, but from the very get go they were really understanding, explained everything in a clear and precise way and gave me options available to me. Payplan did not push me to commit or pressure me at any time, they made me feel like I was in control of what happened next. I decided to enter an IVA and left everything in payplan's hands.. and they did not disapoint. Everything was taken care of and I never felt any nervousness or anxiety as I was told in advance what would happen and updated along the way. Ultimately, payplan changed my life.. for the first time in a long time I felt free from the anxiety of wondering where money would come from to pay for the next bill/meal! Not only did they consolidate all of my debts and enable me to make one payment per month, but it was drastically lower than all of my debts! For the first time in years I could breathe, and even had extra money for the little things that my family and I had been going without in order to meet creditors demands. Two years later and I am still impressed by the service I receive from payplan.. whenever I speak to a representative, they are always friendly and understanding. Payplan was a godsend, I was really unsure as to what to do about my debt. I was able to speak to someone and I didn’t feel judged and was offered helpful solutions. After getting myself into a large amount of personal debt through a failed business, I thought there was only one way out! Not a good one as you can imagine. Now thanks to Payplan I am half way through paying back every penny and everything’s been done for me. Nothing is too much trouble and they help me out in more ways I could of imagined!
