Non judgemental debt solutions

Having had a very difficult time after my husband died and left me with significant debts I was at a loss at to where to turn. I contacted several companies and felt demoralised and made to feel inadequate after each call. Not expecting anything different I decided to try Payplan. What a difference! I was not belittled, or made to feel stupid and inadequate. The support and attitude was (and still is) second to none. Keep up the good work, you certainly changed my life. PayPlan Takes the Terror Out of Terrifying.

When I realised in 2016 that I could not manage the overload of debt that I’d been accumulating over fifteen years of house maintenance and unforeseen events that I could never afford without credit cards or loans, I trawled the internet and with great good luck found Payplan. I telephoned, I cried, I was soothed, I was taken gently, patiently, slowly through the maze of confusion I was in, and led to a clear path which has allowed me to stay in my house, pay my creditors at a greatly reduced rate and live without incurring any extra debt. I was offered a variety of ways to manage. The plan is flexible: sometimes I’m able to pay more and sometimes a little, or even far less. My plan is reviewed regularly and sometimes I ring or email because my I am struggling, and I have always been listened to and treated such calming kindness, I’d be sunk without the amazing team which is Payplan and which cares for so many thousands of us who hang on by the skin of our teeth.
