I remember constantly getting letters and one day I had 27 missed calls from one debt company. I phoned payplan in tears and we went through everything. The staff are so nice and understanding and really help to make things better. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Help when we need it most!

PayPlanPlus have supported us throughout and I have never felt judged. Being in debt can be so demoralising and the staff I have dealt with over the years have always been friendly, professional, efficient (if I was promised a call back, I always received a call back) and supportive. The team obviously know their 'stuff'. I have never felt like a second rate citizen when dealing with PayPlanPlus which you often can, when dealing directly with the companies we owe. Before Payplan I really didn’t know how to handle my debt. To me it was a mountain of bills and I didn’t know what to do. They really have helped me organise my life and debt. They took the worry of creditors contacting me and organised all payments from me to my creditors at a reduced rate.
