I am nearing the end of my IVA and have found PayPlan to be supportive and helpful throughout. The initial setup was trouble free and the annual reviews are straightforward and quick, whether by phone or online. Communications are also dealt with competently and swiftly. I have always had excellent service for Payplan, they are extremely helpful and deal with you in way that suits you i.e disability. I have recommened Payplan to numberous people who also found that the work that payplan does for them elevates the extreme pressures of debt and assisting with a Management Plan and not having to deal with creditors/debt collectors directly.
