From the first phone call I felt that payplan were emphatic to my situation and have remained so to this day. Always demonstrating a non judgemental approach and always willing to help. Payplan are unfaultable in their professionalism and knowledge. They gave me a lifeline when I was at my most vulnerable. I will be forever grateful to them. A special mention to Ana Santos who has been my advisor since I began with payplan. Amazing is the only word for her. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Following my husband becoming ill and being unable to work we reached out to PayPlan to see what our options were. They set up an IVA for his debts and a Debt Management Plan for mine. They did not judge and clearly listed out options and the potential impacts and benefits. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

PayPlan giving me new life.

I started my journey with PayPlan due to my costs to pay back multiple accounts spiralling out of control. I am 2 & 1/2 years in to my plan now and I am seeing great progress in my Debt coming down. They have taken on the burden of me receiving countless letters of being in arrears each month as the companies I owe now deal with PayPlan directly. this has allowed me to move on with my life and pay off the debt with as little stress as I could imagine Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
