Friendly, helpful, worthwhile

The staff at Payplan are very helpful. From start of the process, they make you feel human again. The processes are designed to give you breathing room from creditors, support you with payments, are very knowledgeable with things like CCJ’s, they will always keep in touch with your progress and always be friendly and understanding of changes in circumstances. Very helpful staff and talk through everything with ease, and if you message they call you or give you advice via message. The app really easy to use. They don’t pester you they contact you when you request a call. I’d highly recommend 100%. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Payplan helped me 10 years ago by taking all my debt and putting it into one easy and affordable payment every month. That helped me a lot as I was struggling finanically to pay the high monthly minimum payments to my creditors leaving me with hardly any money. I would recommend payplan to anyone who is struggling financially especially after what we all have suffered due to this pandemic. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
