reassurance and confidence

My first experience was one of relief and calmness for the first time in a very lonbg time that I was able to speak to someone who put my worries and concerns into perspective and I felt the weight lift and saw some kind of future. During my time I have regular telephone calls to keep me upto date and to bring up anything I wish to speak about. I have found they will take up and query on my behalf and do the very best they can for their customers. I would be seriously lost without the support and dedication the staff have given me. Less stress, and the full package.

I'm not proud of having debts, but the plain fact is, I have them, and the mental stress associated with them. However, a few years ago I had the good fortune to find PayPlan, which obviously didn't immediately reduce my debt level but certainly did reduce my mental stress level. The very pleasant, professional and non-judgemental people at PayPlan quickly worked out an affordable Debt Management Plan for me based on my income/exp., and liaised with my creditors on my behalf. I get a regular annual review of my financial situation and expert advice on what amount is affordable to offer my creditors, with the aim of paying of the debt as quickly as possible. PayPlan also offer advice on alternative debt solutions where appropriate. Super Company, very nice people. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

I have been with Payplan for a few years now following a marriage breakdown I needed to be able to financially support myself and my son They have been undeniably the most amazing company offering Endless support even with life’s constant changes. A new beginning

In total despair I contacted pay plan and spoke to the most wonderful lady, I cried while explaining the mess I was in and she said ' we're here for you. Those words lifted the world of my shoulders, next year I shall be clear of my huge debts. I was spoken to with such kindness and I'll never forget the wonderful lady who for over an hour guided me through the process of setting up my payment plan. I came away from that call and sobbed uncontrollably from the sheer relief that a complete stranger had turned my life round.From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021
