From the very first phone call to now, few years later I've never felt judged by anyone at payplan, everyone has been extremely helpful, understanding and patient with me. I was in a lot of debt and with the help and understanding of the staff at payplan the end of the tunnel of debt is in sight. I've also learnt how to manage my money better. Cannot RECOMMEND Payplan enough, the last thing you want is to feel judged when facing debt, you can guarantee this won't happen, total understanding. staff are all amazing! From the start PayPlan made me feel that’s it’s ok to talk about money. They were very thorough in all my options and what was best going forward. They don’t constantly bother you and check in yearly. The ease of the website on the plan I’m on is self explanatory, easy and keeps you completely up to date on where your payments go every month and what on. I was struggling to pay my debts and couldn’t manage...

I was struggling to pay my debts and couldn’t manage them so I contacted pay plan and now I am paying my debts off with a manageable monthly amount rather then not paying it off at all and then I recommended PayPal to my daughter and then she also set up an account with them to pay off her debts Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

after speaking to an advisor i was so relieved.

i was really scared about my debt, when i got in contact with payplan, they did not judge and were so helpful, after speaking to them i had a nights sleep, which i hadn't had in a long time.i was so relieved that i could pay off my debt with the help and guidance from payplan.
