As someone involved in finance for forty years (sales and letting agent), I have never wasted an opportunity over the past several years since joining PayPlan - to convey to quite literally hundreds of struggling landlords, tenants and sellers, the good fortune I had when learning of PayPlan and then my onward association with the organisation. The peace-of-mind obtained from their involvement has never once waned and could never be overestimated. The representatives courtesy and acute understanding of their clients plight is beyond compare. Having spent my career on the west coast of USA, London and the home counties, I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that each and every last single individual representing PayPlan, could teach many world-class businesses or organisations a great deal when it comes to the highest level of genuine customer care. It is difficult to overstate the above points other than they are in my opinion a world class organisation and arguably, the absolute best within the industry.. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Staff are professional. They do not judge you because your in debt. They listen and set realistic goals. The assessment is comprehensive and robust. The communication is excellent also. Having set up a payment plan with Payplan they have helped with my mental health. I can open my post and sleep at night. Great company I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
