Payplan have helped me manage my debts following being made redundant. They took time to explain all available options, as well as easing the worries I had. What they were unable to advise on, they made absolutely clear so there were no misunderstandings later. They worked WITH me to make sure I was able to maintain my repayments and were instantly receptive to any change in circumstances. With money worries addressed I feel I can breath again.

I was sinking with debts which were just increasing. Robbing Peter to Pay Paul, when Paul was becoming an unassailable mountain of accumulated interest. Frightened to open a letter or answer the phone. Even though I worked I couldn't get straight. When I entered into my plan the letters and calls stopped and I have stuck to my plan for over 5 years now. The reason I can do this, is, its realistic and manageable and eventually I will be debt free. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Payplan helped me manage all my debt worries at a very difficult time, when I had a lot of other issues to deal with and it was all so simple. Very professional and respectful. They have taken a big burden and helped me get back to normal.They are like a true friend. I cannot reccommend them enough. Every member of staff always gives 100% customer service.
