I can now sleep at night knowing that my debts are being paid, albeit slowly. Debts are due to a relationship breakdown and I had no one to turn to and nowhere to turn. After I finally plucked up the courage to ring it felt like I could finally breathe again. My children are now happier too as their mum is no longer crying all the time! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I was really struggling with my dets. Can not sleep and worried. Had enought of letters from banks and all those numbers which been my nightmares. I have been a customer of payplan for a few years now. They have treated me with dignity and in a non judgemental way . The staff I have dealt with have put me at ease during a time that has been on occasions stressful for me. I am always kept up to date and informed of any changes to my account..
