We were in a terrible financial situation caused by a failed/condemned gas boiler and urgent need to have a new one installed just before a very cold Christmas. Pay plan has helped me in so many ways. They are friendly and not judgemental. I was so embarrassed with the financial state I was in but they went out of their way to put me at ease.
