The biggest help when times are hard

I've been a customer for a while now and always recommend payplan to friends and family especially when I hear people saying they have sple debts that are draining their accounts and they struggle each month. The first thing I say is WHY?? Then I go on to tell them about payplan, the support, help, advice,customer service. One of the main things for me was they are free, you don't pay them like alot of debt consolidation companies charge. I pay a set fee agreed with a consultant, they work everything out for me to make it affordable and so I can still have something left over to use towards family time each month. I don't have to worry about being chased or phone calls. Honestly for those who worry, please don't, these people want to help and honestly it takes a huge weight off your shoulders Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Excellent support in a tough time

When my marriage failed my ex didn’t work out of choice. I had to find the money for the mortgage and rent for six months. I then negotiated that her boyfriend who was residing pay it. However this time in between led me into debt. Without payplan I would been lower in my feeling of self. Without doubt I would have had many more worrying letters from creditors.
