Pay plan gave me my life back!!

I can't express enough how Pay Plan has changed my life. From making that first call staff were and are empathetic and helpful. There is no judgement from anyone and no silly question.. Their thorough financial form is simple to fill in and Pay Plan match you to the right debt arrangement according to your circumstances. They deal with all the creditors which straight a way took the stress away from me. No more knocks on the door or threatening calls or letters. And I just pay an affordable amount each month that goes to these creditors. I feel like I'm back in control of my debts and I'm a much happier person too.. Thank you so much Pay Plan!! My Saving Grace

I found myself with big unmanageable debts and was on the edge with life as it seemed insurmountable. Payplan came to my rescue and once a programme was set up for me at a managable repayment, it took all the weight off my mind and am happy once more! Reassuringly Easy

The people at Payplan made setting up our repayments so simple. We live overseas now and were worried that wouldn't work in our favour, but the team we dealt with sent all the documentation quickly and efficiently and are always only a quick email away to answer questions. Wish I had done it earlier

Trust & Relief

Having been made redundant due to mental health problems, after over 20 years of teaching, I found myself in dire financial difficulties. Eventually I contacted PayPlan, & to say we’re excellent is actually an understatement! I have been fully informed on every step of my journey to financial recovery. Options were explained clearly & any effects to my financial standing. PayPlan dealt with whom I had financial problems, very efficiently & finally gave me, a very important sense of confidence in dealing with the extremely distressing situation I was facing. Best decision I have ever made

After losing a parent and my mental health effecting my work, I led myself down a bad path financially and could feel things spiralling out of control. After speaking to StepChange, everything was so overwhelming that I struggled to see a way out. I was recommended to speak to PayPlan, and they have turned my life around. From first contact, a plan was put in place for me there and then. Everything was explained to me, in a caring and understanding way that a grieving overwhelmed guy could understand. I have my own advisor, who keeps me updated and is always there when I need him. I have never dealt with a company so understanding, patient and actually genuinely give a monkeys about what is best for you. If you are struggling financially, or would just like some advise.. these guys are the way to go.
