When we first signed up with pay plan we had got ourselves into a lot of debt that I had no idea how we would be able to pay the money back. I didn’t want to go into voluntary bankrupsy as I don’t think it right to bail out owing money and not pay it back. We were offered an Iva but we persisted. If I were to win the prize, then that would be another chunk off of what we still owe which through pay plan has come down immensely. I won’t say that it has been easy but we can just about cope so thanx payplan. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

The customer service team are very knowledgeable and helpful when I have contacted Payplan and you are kept informed every step of the way on how Payplan manage your debt. A very wonderful company

Growing up I didnt really receive much education on “debt” or how it works, how drastically potent and effective it can be at upturning your life and having such widely spanning and long term effects. I found myself in a bad position with these debts during a difficult time in my life and found the position I sadly had inflicted on myself completely unmanageable. I had nowhere to turn and I felt like I had no hope left. I then discovered payplan, and for free they took over all my financial struggles and condensed them into an extremely manageable structure alleviating the pressure and allowing me to finally breathe and live my life. I am now well educated on the risks of credit and debt… Its been a good couple of years with payplan and in the next couple of months, those debts will be paid up and complete. Payplan are responsible for my quality of life and the great position I am now finally in after all the work done. It would not of been possible without them. Payplan saved my life

Peace of mind

Before Payplan I suffered mentally and would worry myself sick how I was going to meet all my repayments , I'm ashamed to say I tried to end it all but thanks to family and friends recommending PayPlan i have my lufe back on track with repayments i can afford and its so good to know tgey are always there to listen if i need any advice. What a relief

After feeling worried and ashamed and embarrassed about the financial mess I was in I found PayPlan professional and easy to engage with, with no judgement felt. They considered all options and my circumstances and created a plan with me that I was happy with. I'm no longer afraid to answer the phone or open post.
