Easy to use and affordable

Help me out at an all time low with my creditors and sorted a repayment plan I could afford. The red letters stopped arriving and I could carry on with my life, communication is fantastic and my plan is reviewed every year Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

Amazing support from the very start

I have been with PayPlan for a few years now and from the very start they took a massive weight from my shoulders even when I became unemployed due to a family bereavement they where there to talk me through my options and put my emotional and personal rising panic over my debt to rest. I could not have asked for anymore than what help I have been given and the ongoing support I am being provided with. I would encourage anyone who is experiencing the despair that comes with a seemingly unescapable debt to get in touch ,e the staff are nothing but kind caring supportive and only wanting the best for you to make what looks like a bleak future to a bright light at would could be the end of a very long dark tunnel that ongoing debt can feel like. Helpful, available, easy

I contacted payplan to discuss my options when I was in a bad place with debt. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The process for setting up a DMP with them was very straightforward and they took care of everything completely free of charge. amazing debt solutions offered

I contacted payplan for a debt management solution and they welcomed me with open arms, they gave me different solutions to pay my debt off, they advised what they would recommend to lower the risk of bankruptcy and the time frame for the DMP was really affordable, I called up payplan multiple times in the past from when I set up the DMP and every time I have called, they go through everything with you whatever is asked and advise what the best option could be and are very understanding of anything has changed, I really thank everyone at payplan as I would be struggling to pay way more than I can afford to my debts, thank you for making my life easier, if only there were more people/company's like yourselves. Really efficient, stress free process

Been on a plan now for a couple of years with PayPlan very easy an stress free getting the actual plan set up once you give them the relevant information and the companies you’ve deal with they then crack on an do their best to get you on a plan suited to your self I’ve struggled a couple of times making my payment due to a new job or an unexpected bill got in touch an they found a way of dealing with the situation without causing me any stress or worry, honestly couldn’t fault them or say a bad comment regarding them, out for the people an not them selfs Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
