Compassionate, helpful company

Whenever I have spoken to the team, they are always helpful and give lots of information. I have never felt judged by anyone I have spoken to and explain all the options clearly. The app and website are all helpful so you can manage your account really easily now. They deal with creditors directly so it takes away the burden and stress of being hounded by creditors all the time!! Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2023

Stress free life

A weight off my mind

I lost my position during covid and found it more difficult than I expected to find a similar role. Debt quickly mounted as I was unable to service my monthly payments. I considered an IVA but having worked in the financial sector in the past, I felt this wasn't the route for me. I contacted all my creditors regarding my circumstances as the overdue and missed payments began to mount. My bank recommended PayPlan, so I approached them. Setting up an affordable repayment schedule couldn't have been more straightforward. It did take a little time to calculate a budget (an education in itself), but my allocated advisor helped me through it all in a non-judgemental and friendly fashion. Most of the letters and telephone called from creditors stopped fairly quickly. It good to know that you're not on your own. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2023

Most welcoming company.

Was apprehensive about going with a DMP, but PayPlan made it so easy, with no judgements whatsoever. They have been very accommodating when certain things in my life have cropped up, and their flexibility within the plan has been greatly appreciated. Excellent experience and peace of mind 10000%

I signed up to them about 2 year ago and I've had nothing but excellent service from them. All their staff understand that life hits differently sometimes and circumstances change. They work closely with you to get you what you need and make sure you are still happy with your plan every check up. I have actually recommended a friend to PayPlan as she was struggling too and they've made sure she is happy and can sleep at night too.
