A great solution

After I caught covid in Nov'20 I lost my job (self employed) and struggled for months. I found an employed permanent job but NatWest wouldn't extend my overdraft until I got paid at the end of my first month (I had been with them since 1984). Rang my biggest ccard MBNA and they advised me to call Payplan. The process of setting it up and opening a basic bank account with another bank was relatively easy and all has been good since. OK I have no credit score and have to drive around in a battered old car because I can't get a loan, but I still have my home! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2023

Lifesavers literally

Payplan helped me to reduce my debt and stop all the phone calls. I had multiple debts around 20k and was losing sleep and suicidal constantly worrying I would lose my house and car. Payplan put a managed payment plan in place and stopped all interest adding on every month. I now am chipping away at the debt. Slowly month by month it drops a little more. Life saviour for me

Since Payplan taken over and looking after my debts. I started living new happy life. I had so much debt that I couldn’t ever pay by my poor financial management. Payplan team work selflessly with the pure aim of helping people like me and give us new lease of life. By next March , I would be completely Debt free . The way the payplan team esp my debt manger Paula Alvares organised and also looking after if get stressed because of any reminder from companies I received in now and than. Life savers

I was really struggling with debts and couldn't feasible solution with mounting interests. I felt so embarrassed about approaching anyone to get help. The team at Pay Plan were so helpful, made me feel at ease to talk about my financial situation. I could see they genuinely wanted to get me out of my troubles and so I felt comfortable to be supported by them to set up a plan.
