Payplan have been a great help to me over the years. They have a wonderful team of people who show empathy and understanding. Any problems, they are quick to respond and resolve. Weight off my mind

Due to my own fault and lack of planning I have built up a large amount of debt. I was living a hand to mouth life, using credit cards to the max each month and could see no likely end, and while I was making minimum payments for them and several loans, each month was a balancing act working out when each payment was due. I was given Payplan's number by one card provider, and now while it's still early days, I don't get repeated reminders from the card and loan companies, and I don't spend hours trying to manage how I'm going to get through the month. From the moment of first contact with Pay Plan I felt I had the right company to help me. Pay plan were very fast and reassuring along the way to my debt advice and solution. I also found them to be understanding of the circumstances I am in and the mental health that being in debt brought. Pay Plan brought a light to a very dark tunnel that I seen no way out of and I believe there service and help and the way it works to be of a high quality. Payplan staff are also friendly and helpful and show so much compassion and understanding towards my situation and never judge.
