Great Customer Service

Have been with Payplan for some years. The first thing they do is reassure you that it's not the end of the world and there is light at the end of the tunnel. They go through everything with you and explain it so you can understand all the jargon. The customer service is excellent. Always there for you and really, really helpful. They do not judge you & understand that all people from all backgrounds can find themselves in debt. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Great service, sorted my life out.

PayPlan have helped me immensely to take control of my unsecured debt. I now have a set monthly payment plan which ensures I pay an agreed % to each creditor. I can afford to live a little whilst paying a sum to PayPlan ~ the money is distributed as agreed. Staff are non~judgemental and friendly. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Angels on the end of a phone

I was spiralling out of control with having to take 10weeks off work and cost of everything going out of control. They helped from The word go the moment my bank recommended them to me. They took so much pressure off that i had to keep stopping to hold back tears of stress i didn't know was there. Ive recommended them at every point to friends and family when they ask about me and my family. I owe them so much...the support has been a god send and still is when i get a cheeky Creditor trying their luck. Pay plan are there to go through the letter and tell me that they will sort it. In thus day and age payplan are the only people that when they say dont worry about it i believe them. ANGELS ON THE END OF A PHONE. Excellent!
