A breath of fresh air

The staff at PayPlan have made it a seamless experience to finally start breathing again as my debts piled on and spiraled out of control. A quick live-chat interview about my finances was all it took to begin my DMP and enter into a payment plan with all of my creditors. Any worries and difficulties along the way have been met with respect and helpful and timely replies from the guys over at PayPlan and I would highly recommend them for anyone that is under pressure from a mountain of debts. Worst management ever

I paid without any omissions for two years to pay off credit cards with no interest being charged. When my amount owing had risen alarmingly by £10000 I asked PayPlan to help me understand as clearly there was an error! You can imagine how stressful this is. I wrote to PAYPLAN TWO MONTHS AGO who promised to look into this. Two months later PRECISELY NOTHING. So if you want your debts managed by such a company it’s your choice Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
