I was feeling very low.

I was feeling very low, both me and my husband were made redundant at the same time. We were in debt. My friend told me about Payplan and I contacted them. I have been paying my debt back for quite a while now, but I am secure in the knowledge that Payplan would help me if my circumstances were to change. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

They were very helpful and nonjudgmental. I was able to set up a debt managementily. The best part is that they don't take any fees plan relatively easily so 100% of the money is going towards paying off my debts. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

Compassionate Caring Professional Staff and Service.

My now dead ex husband tried to kill me and when he went to prison i was left with the debt as it was mostly in joint names, some i was not even aware of! Anyway the family councillor who was assisting me and my children advised I should contact Pay Plan. They got everything under control so that i could remain in the family home and pay the debt off at an affordable rate. Years later even after his passing i am still paying but they have allowed me to stay in my home and keep things under control. The staff are professional and accessible. I have many complaints about how i have been treated by the system but I no complaints about Pay Plan and i have been a client for over 10 years. Excellent much needed service. Payplan have been a real saviour for me and my family, after hitting hard times during the credit crunch we lost pretty much everything. Business, house and worst of all, hope. Payplan were there for us when everything else was lost, and thanks to them we are now in a stable financial position and our debts are all manageable and no longer spiralling out of control. They've been excellent in all my dealings with them, and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and care they've provided.
