After years of getting into debt, feeling like there was no end in sight, I contacted Payplan to finally try and make a dent into what I owed. Since day 1 they have been helpful and understanding, they catered their contact to my needs (after years of 10+ calls from debt collectors I was left with anxiety answering calls), payplan have never phoned me, they have always contacted me by email at my request, they've always responded quickly to any question or request, helped me reduce or increase my payments around my current circumstances and have been efficient in ever sense. After sticking to my plan for the last two years, paying exactly what I can afford each month, I'll finally be debt free by next year and I'm extremely grateful for all their help and assistance in getting me to achieve this.
