Been with Payplan for many years , they are really helpful know there stuff. Don't hassle you and make sure you can afford the payment. During lockdown I had to reduce my payment as my partner had stopped working , then when I could afford it again I increased it. Debt can just happen I was made redundant 12 years ago then I realised I was having a baby , my mum got ill and I had to be fulltime carer.. Life happens and it's good to have companies like Payplan who can act on your behalf in a time of need. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

You are treated as an individual with individual needs. They tailor their service to suit yourself and what you can afford whilst still been able to enjoy life.
