The best move

I ended up getting myself in all sorts of debt, and couldn't pay back anything and really struggled to survive. But payplan really came to my rescue, not only have I now got an end game for myself being debt free but I'm also able to have money to survive, even during the corona virus pandemic and the rising costs they have kept in touch to insure everything is all okay. Very nervous when going for an iva I've always payed all my bills but found it so hard in the end especially when the pandemic hit been iva 3rd year now and every review payplan have been great understanding and helped in anyway possible I suffer severe mental health and payplan have been a life saver thank you so much Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Realistic Friendly Advise

They really have helped our mental health, marriage and our relationship with money by giving support advice and tips on being able to manage our finances in a realistic way. All the advisers from our initial call to managing our plan have been fantastic real people. They also keep in touch and reach out to you if there is something else they can help you with; mortgages for example. During covid they were so supportive when being furloughed and keeping in touch. It took me a while to come to terms with the fact that I needed help and I wish I had done it sooner. Payplan are brilliant and put my mind at ease after months of not sleeping due to money worries. All of the people who I have spoken to regarding my situation have been so helpful and very understanding, it's very embarrassing getting into a rut with finances but they made me feel better and helped me out alot, I really did feel a weight lifted I actually cried.
