To put it simply i don't think I'd be alive still if I hadn't found payplan and the support I have had from them not just financialy but just as a human person on a emotional level has been second to none and I wish to thank every single one of them that works there and , to say that I can never repay them for what they've done but that potentially they have saved my life Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Professionalism and kindness

What was for me a very emotional and difficult decision, I contacted Pay Plan for help with my mounting financial problems. I need not have been worried as they made me relaxed with their genuine kindness and understanding, whilst all the time dealing with me in a very clear and professional manner. Payplan saved my life.

I went into serious debt while suffering domestic abuse. I thought the only way out was to take my own life. I contacted Payplan and suddenly I was given a life line. I would not been here today without them. Ot sounds unbelievable but it is true. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

PayPlan were very good in the beginning with setting me up and taking a lot of time out to configure my IVA. Since, their communication isn’t perfect and it can be confusing as to who I need to speak to regarding certain things. However, for the past year, I have been able to fly through my IVA, whilst making payments, with no issues at all. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
