Do not use it! You will lose your money !!!

I decided to use Paysend because they offering a transfer to a bank account takes 3 business day. After I transferred the money, it turns out that it is not known when the recipient will receive it. 11 working days and still waiting!!! No support response! I lost time and money!!! Edit: Transaction number: 6103885800 The recipient has not yet received the money! Reviewed on: 24th May 2022

A warning about Paysend

Downloaded the app. And ordered a plastic card for 6 Euros at the beginning of March. Still haven't received the card now in the middle of April. They say the reason for that is that I haven't given them a flat number in my building. I don't buy it. Risk being robbed out of the money you pay them. Unrecommendable Reviewed on: 13th April 2022

Online chat gives me no response. I made a transfer, money has been withdrawn from my account, my family has never received them. No response online chat. I've sent an email. The service ticket has been opened. And total ignorance again. No information since then. My family in Ukraine needs financial help ASAP. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Cheap flat fees and straightforward, easy to use, great rates and best part you dont need to disclose/have bank details, card to card transfer works like a charm esp for international transfers. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

The Paysend company is the best on the market! Always offer to us best exchanging rate and very cheap payment for transfer! They are making our life (life of simple people who not very rich) much easier and don't trying to pull out a few more money from our pockets! Bless them and good luck!!! Thank you!
