Hopeless claims department

Declined payment of claim as the vet initially had our dog down as a JRcross but on the policy she correctly is a small mongrel. Although the vet has updated their records, PPETS demanded payment for change of breed. After much discussion with a very helpful customer services assistant who understood the issue and saw it was PPET problem, she has overturned that demand. Still awaiting payment for the initial claim approx 4 months ago. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
