I am a fairly new customer, however the customer service I have received in relation to my quote/ questions was absolutely fantastic. The cover offered for the cost for the lifetime of my two beagle brothers is the best I have ever been quoted, I can highly recommend Perfect Pet Insurance. To be honest. I have only just taken the policy out but the price is so affordable compared to others and excellent value for money.
